The City of Elgin is in the process of drafting a Master Plan! When complete, the plan will function as a guide adopted by the City to direct future growth and development within the City limits.
The Plan is a policy document that lays out broad and flexible goals and objectives for the City.
A Public Input Meeting for the Draft Plan will be held on
April 7, 2022, from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
